Placed my order and paid for express delivery for two items. Expected the order to be dispatched within 48 hours as per the website. 12 days on, still no advance on the order status. Initiated an email enquiring why the order had not been shipped yet to only then be told that UPS doesn’t deliver to post office boxes. That would have been nice to know 12 days earlier. Poor form having a customer approach you 12 days later instead of you dealing with that straight away. Working away for weeks on end means I had to plan delivery to fall within the time I am home. Now under stress that I couldn’t sign for the order as UPS states failed attempts to deliver will see goods returned. Once it finally arrived in my city for delivery, I pleaded with UPS to ensure it would be delivered at a specific time. They failed as well in that regard and had me jumping through hoops. Received an update from UPS saying it was handed over to Star Trak for delivery which they then said, if no one was home to sign, it will be taken to the nearest post office!!!. Fuck me!! So why couldn’t it have been delivered to my post office box address in the fucking first place?!!!. I would still have had to sign for the fucking thing to have it released anyway!! In these pandemic times, you’d think you would bend over backwards as a business to try and survive. Others have folded!
