3. Contract conclusion
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely an invitation to order.
3.2 Clicking the button “complete order” in the shopping basket shall be deemed a binding offer by the customer.
3.3 The automatically generated confirmation email shall document receipt of the order. A binding contractual relationship shall only arise upon Football Town confirming dispatch of the goods by email (shipping confirmation), but at the latest upon delivery of the goods.
3.4 If, while processing the order, Football Town finds that the products ordered by the customer are not available, the customer shall be informed by email. No contract over the unavailable goods shall be created.
