Still waiting for my refund

Quality was good but didn’t look like a Burnley top so sent back. Had to pay the postage of £12.30 and still no refund. Very disappointed

After wash size shrinks. Lovely tops all the same just remember to buy maybe a size bigger. My large is now a large medium if that makes sense
