Returns and Refunds

return window
you can request a return within 30 days of the invoice date.

condition of items
returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. please include the invoice or proof of purchase.

how to start a return

  1. log into your football town account

  2. submit a return request

  3. choose either:

  • exchange (for example, a different size), or

  • refund / store credit (where applicable)

return shipping options
option a: our return label (recommended)
we can provide a return label. the label cost will be charged separately before we ship an exchange, or deducted from your refund / store credit.

option b: ship it yourself
if you arrange your own return shipping, please send it to:

international returns and customs
for international returns, we strongly recommend using our return label to reduce customs delays. we can process refunds or exchanges only once the returned item is received by our warehouse.

exchange shipping
we ship the exchanged item to you free of charge.

non-returnable items
unless defective, incomplete or in bad condition, the following items are not returnable:

  • leather goods, swimwear, underwear, mystery shirts

  • items sold as part of a promotion (sale / special offers), where indicated at purchase

  • items labelled “this product is non-returnable”

if an item is defective or arrives in bad condition, please contact us and we will aim to replace it with an item of equal value. if replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item.

refunds and processing time
returns are processed after the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.
once a refund is approved, please allow 2–4 business days for processing by us, plus additional time required by your bank or payment provider.

discounts and free shipping adjustments
if your original order qualified for a multi-item discount or free shipping and you return part of the order, your refund / store credit may be adjusted to reflect the revised order value (including reversal of discounts and/or free shipping where applicable).

lost shipments
if a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to offer either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the case.
